My Story
I grew up on a sheep and cattle property on the North-West tip of Tasmania. I quickly learnt that it doesn’t matter what day of the week or age you are; there is always a job to do. Earning from a young age, my Dad started my finance education before I could walk, which put me into a position of purchasing a property by the time I was 20. By my mid-20s, my now husband Todd and I had three.
I spent the next ten years career-driven and climbing the corporate ladder while my property investing took a back seat on my priority list. I now look back on this decision as one of my biggest mistakes and teach my clients how not to let life get in the way of what they want financially.
After ten years of property investing fence-sitting (although still with my initial property investments), I was on maternity leave, driven to distract myself from feeding and washing; I opened my super statement to discover my super had performed at a -.03% return over the previous ten years, including my contributions. This result was my “aha moment” – the paid professionals of the swanky fund for corporate executives had lost my money and charged me exorbitant fees for the pleasure.
At the same time, I realised the properties I held had all doubled in value.
I realised I had to make our financial journey my priority. While time had been on my side with my earlier purchases, I was now in my mid-30s and needed to fast-track my results and acquisition phase of investing. I got an education in this space to clarify the three critical ingredients required for results:
- Finance and Property Strategy
- Cashflow and Capital Growth balance
- Action Taking
I now coach clients in my tried and tested strategies to fast-track their financial results while helping them manage their conflicting life priorities.
I have trained and coached people to be results-oriented for over 25 years. The last ten years have focused on business, property investing and life coaching for more than a thousand clients. Many are on their way to achieving financial freedom through helping them purchase hundreds of property deals. My personal experience allows me to share real scenarios with my clients, enabling them to achieve the best results!

Amassing a portfolio over four different states and markets, with a growing passive income stream, has allowed me to stop working for others and be very directional on how I want the second half of my life to look – giving me the financial freedom most people only ever aspire to achieve. My personal experience allows me to share real scenarios with my clients, enabling them to achieve the best results!
My life in the Hunter Valley NSW with my husband and family is rich and rewarding. I am proud to be a working Mum of five beautiful humans (and our much-loved family member, Jazzy the bulldog) who have shaped my existence over the last 20-plus years.
Most importantly, I have the choice to support people in a way that I can stay true to my values of loyalty, family, and integrity to provide my clients with an unbiased and objective strategy in line with their personal goals.
